The accommodation comprises a converted farmhouse and self catering cottages.

We are located approximately 12 miles North East of Carlisle.

An ideal location for visiting Hadrians Wall The Lake District Kielder Forest Carlisle Gretna Green and the Scottish Borders.

The large woodland beside the farm has a number of individual walks and is very popular with our regular visitors.

Set Amidst beautiful countryside our centrally heated cottages offer an excellent standard of accommodation with modern day facilities.

Or if you prefer B B accomodation enjoy our beautiful clean en Suite bedrooms.

We also cater for disabled guests with a number of ground floor rooms available.
